OREANDA-NEWS. July 07, 2014. Orenburg Regional Arbitration Court dismissed a claim of “Orsk Bus Terminal” Ltd. and an individual entrepreneur to abolish a decision and determination of Orenburg OFAS Russia.

Earlier, the Commission of Orenburg OFAS Russia found that the bus terminal and an individual entrepreneur violated Clause 3 Part 4 Article 11 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” and issued a determination to eliminate the violation of the antimonopoly law.

The parties reached an agreement (arrangements) restricting competition on the local market of regular international passenger transportation on the “Orsk – Aktobe” route” (departure time: from 6.30 a.m. to 07.10 a.m.). The agreement prevented operations of another participant of the transportation market. The case was initiated upon a complaint from “EXPRESS” Ltd.

Based on the decision, OFAS found that “Orsk Bus Terminal” Ltd. and an individual entrepreneur had committed an administrative violation under Part 1 Article 14.32. of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Violations and issued determinations on imposing fines upon the violators.
