OREANDA-NEWS. Ukrtelecom offers its subscribers in Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts a special rate for the suspension of fixed telephony and Internet access for 1 UAH per month.

Operator understands the situation customers in eastern Ukraine are in. For subscribers in Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts, who were forced to leave their places of residence or are unable to pay for telecommunications services in full, Ukrtelecom has introduced a special rate for the suspension of its popular services. The rate is 1 UAH per month including VAT. This offer applies to fixed telephony and Internet access (OGO!). The service is available to both natural persons and legal entities, including corporate and business customers.

You can order the special rate under the simplified procedure. Subscribers can choose the most convenient way to do so: it can be either written or oral application. The subscriber can submit a written application to any branch of the Company in Ukraine. Oral applications will be processed and recorded by the Contact Center, 0-800-506-800 (free within Ukraine from numbers of Ukrainian operators).
