OREANDA-NEWS. July 04, 2014. B&N Bank has hosted a meeting with its partners on the yacht across the Moskva river.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the banks and investment companies, asset managers, representatives of investors and Family Office, who are active in the capital market in Russia and abroad.

The party was opened by a welcome speech of the First Vice President Alexander Lukin and the Senior Vice President Irina Komarova. Afterwards, they reported about the financial performance of the Bank in 2013, recent acquisitions of the affiliated banks, equity increase due to investments of the new shareholder and development strategy for 2014.

The guests were offered to participate in a wine tasting session of the New World, where different brands of red and white wines having unique flavor and rich bouquet were presented. The guests appreciated the creative event organization and new tasting sensations. The culmination of the evening was a live translation of the Russia-Algeria football match, where all guests had an opportunity to cheer for the national team. 

“B&N Bank traditionally holds meetings with investors and we are excited about companionship in a friendly atmosphere. Such events constitute an excellent platform for establishing new contacts, maintaining relationships with colleagues and partners as well as making transactions,” said Irina Komarova, B&N Bank Senior Vice President. “In 2014 B&N Bank issued domestic exchange bonds and Euro-Commercial Papers (ECP) for an overall amount of RUB 4.6 billion. By the end of 2014 we plan other similar transactions which will be launched depending on macroeconomic and political situation as well as B&N Bank’s need for funding. Nevertheless, we want to keep the investment community informed of our progress on a constant basis regardless of any specific transactions,” she added.
