Kazakhstan Can Complete Negotiations on Accession to WTO in 2014
OREANDA-NEWS. July 03, 2014. Negotiations on Kazakhstan's accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO) have almost reached the final. 2-3 questions that can be addressed before the end of the year remained on the agenda, Vice Minister of Economy and Budget Planning Timur Zhaksylykov said.
"Completion of the negotiations on goods and services market access conducted bilaterally should be noted. We negotiated with 30 countries on goods market access.
To date, they all have been completed and protocols on completion of these negotiations have been signed. In terms of access to the services market, we ended talks with 15 countries, including the countries of the European Union," T. Zhaksylykov said speaking at the 10th meeting of the Berlin Eurasian Club held at the Academy of Public Administration.
