OREANDA-NEWS.  July 03, 2014. FBK was the winner in the open competition to render the services of preparation of the documentation on controlled transactions for 2012 and 2013 for Gazprom Dobycha Orenburg.

Along with the experts of the Financial Consulting Department the specialists of other FBK consulting departments will take part in the work under this large-scale project.

The preparation of documents on controlled transactions includes the analysis and selection of a cost-control method. In addition, the homogeneity of goods, works and services will be determined as well as the comparability of terms of transactions and other parameters.

“Today the service of preparation of documentation on TP is in great demand. FBK has accumulated the relevant experience of preparing documentation on different types of transactions, we are ready to implement TP projects of any level and scale,” says the project manager Zlata Marenkova, the FBK Financial Consulting Department senior manager.
