OREANDA-NEWS. July 03, 2014. Please be informed that changes in General Provisions for Transactions of JSC “NORVIK BANKA” (hereinafter referred to as GPT) come into force. Changes are made in accordance with legislation of Republic of Latvia for protection of clients, specifying the Bank’s and clients’ rights and also precising terms of settlement account and card account closing.

Main changes are being made in Clauses 2.1., 6.5., 8.1., 8.3. and 9.1. of the Part I „General Part” of GPT, Clauses 8.7. and 8.8. of Section 1 „Provisions for Settlement Accounts”, Clauses 9.2. and 9.3. of Section 2 “Provisions for Payment Cards” and Clauses 2.7., 3.4.-3.7., 3.16., 3.17.1., 3.17.4., 4.3., 4.6. and 5.5. of Section 3 “Provisions for remote access to the account” of the Part II „Provisions for banking services” of GPT.

Please be advised that if you don’t agree with changes, you have right to act according with terms of Clause 1.7. of the Part I „General Part” of GPT.
