OREANDA-NEWS. RusRating has increased the credit rating of the closed mutual rent investment fund FINAM-Capital Investments from “BBB” to “BBB+” on the national scale, with a stable outlook.

The rating increase reflects a substantial expansion of the Fund's assets and a corresponding increase in its holdings of agricultural land.

The rating is based on healthy potential for growth in the value of the Fund's assets, minimal volatility in its book value and the market nature of its operations.

Constraining factors include the limited liquidity of Fund shares and minimal rent income.
