OREANDA-NEWS. From 1 July 2014 UniCredit Bank launches new loan program on the purchase of real estate - "All Inclusive".

This complex product simplifies the process of registration of the mortgage. One doesn't need to worry about the notary fees and taxes, bank fees and insurance services. Bank finds by its own the qualified notary, appraisal and insurance company. Therefore, the client only has to select the desired housing and pay the first installment.

In addition to the benefits the customer who choses "All Inclusive" lending program receives an independent valuation of real estate as a gift. Free assessment is made by a proven, qualified company.

Terms of crediting:

Currency - UAH;

Interest rate - from 19.29% per annum (fixed for 3 years);

Loan term - up to 20 years;

First installment - 45% of the property;

Repayment schedule - standard or annuity (monthly installments).
