(the "Company" or "HRT") (BM&FBOVESPA: HRTP3, TSX-V: HRP) announces that the records of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSX-V") have been updated to reflect the number of HRT's Global Depositary Shares ("GDS") currently outstanding. On July 1, 2014, there were 117,808,300 GDS outstanding (each representing 1/2 of an interest in a common share of HRT).
