OREANDA-NEWS. Starting 1 July 2014, NSD's backup office will be in full-time operation. Beginning then, a proportion of NSD employees will fulfil their responsibilities in the backup office. This approach will allow NSD to minimize the time required for recovery of critically important business processes in the backup office in case of a large scale emergency situation. The concept of the “hot” backup office adopted by NSD management is an integral part of the business continuity system and contributes to increased reliability of the CSD in the event of emergency situations and accidents. This approach will let the company move towards its strategic goals.
