UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Group to Open Brand New Contact Centre
OREANDA-NEWS. July 02, 2014. The new contact centre of UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Group officially opened its doors. The location for contact centre was chosen after a thorough analysis of various regions, and Vinnytsia was selected as the most suitable due to a number of factors.
The new contact centre will facilitate more efficient informational support of highest quality for 2.2 m clients of the bank throughout Ukraine.
“Normally, UkrSibbank’s contact centre gets about 450,000 telephone calls and 20,000 consumer loan applications, – says Maksym Khoroshun, head of Vinnytsia Regional Division & Contact Centre. – Virtually every day we do our best to improve the quality of our service. As you know, our diligent work resulted in quite a few prestigious national and international awards".
In 2011 and 2013 the Contact Centre of UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Group was named the best medium-size contact centre (up to 200 operators) according to CCG Call Center Awards Crystal Headset — the most prestigious contest among contact centres in CIS and Eastern Europe.
UkrSibbank strictly follows its gradual development strategy, improves the quality of service, and creates new jobs, including 150 new work places for young specialists in Contact Centre of the big international company.
