OREANDA-NEWS. July 01, 2014. 1. The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan is holding an open tender on the following lots:

- Lot 1 – support of software of information systems in service in the CBA in line with the requirements of Annex 1 of the RFP;

- Lot 2 – support of the software of the General Ledger in service in the CBA in line with the requirements of Annex 2 of the RFP;

- Lot 3 – support of hardware of information systems in service in the CBA in line with the requirements of Annex 3 of the RFP. The tender procedure is to be held on 12 August 2014 at 15.00 in the administrative tower of the CBA (R.Behbudov Str., 32, Baku.)

2. Interested bidders should submit the following documents to be eligible:

- tender application;

- notarized copies of documents confirming the Bidder’s legal status (charter, certificate of state registration or extract from the registry etc);

- a document authorizing the responsible person to act as signatory;

- bank statement confirming payment of the participation fee;

- bank statement on financial standing of the bidder over the past 1 (one) year;

- reference issued by a respective tax authority on absence of expired obligations on taxes in the Republic of Azerbaijan (by foreign bidders);

- information confirming availability of the service in the Baku city;

- information on implemented services for at least 2 (two) recent years similar to the requirements set by the CBA, names, addresses and phone numbers of customers;

- copies of documents verifying availability of at least 2 (two) certified specialists per relevant system and equipment to render the support service;

- Manufacturer Authorization Form;

- a document confirming the level of partnership in case of partnership agreements with manufacturers of hardware and software to be supported;

- bid in Azerbaijani in two copies (to be valid until 23 September 2014);

- bank guarantee amounting to 1% (one) of the bid price (as per the RFP).

3. The bidder shall submit signed and sealed bid and its bank guarantee in a written form in two-fold envelope until 11 August 2014, 18.00 and other sealed and signed necessary documents in a written form in closed envelopes to the coordinator in the CBAR administrative tower located at 32, R.Behbudov Str., Baku city no later than 31 July 2014, 18.00. Envelopes and documents submitted later than the deadline will be returned without opening and the bidder will not be allowed to the tender.

4. Bidders shall transfer the AZN 150 (one hundred and fifty) participation fee per lot to the following account of the CBA:

5. Foreign bidders shall transfer participation fee to the following account at an official exchange rate of USD established by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan as of the payment day: Correspondent Bank: FRNYUS33, Federal Reserve Bank of New York, corr. account number: 021088221 AZER, account № AZ25NABZ01701190000000001944.
