OREANDA-NEWS. JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that the Company's Board of Directors held a meeting on June 27, 2014.

The Board of Directors resolved to reappoint Evgeny Dod as Chairman of the Management Board of RusHydro for the next 5-year period, and authorized Mikhail Poluboyarinov, Chairman of the Board of Directors, to sign labor agreement with Evgeny Dod on behalf of the Company.

The Board of Directors also considered positions of RusHydro (RusHydro's representatives) on the agenda of the meeting of a governing body of the Company's subsidiary (the item was qualified as confidential matter of the agenda).
