Specialists of the Company have already furnished the Customer with a list of necessary works to put the facility into operation, taking into account the previously constructed structures and installed equipment. In order to prepare calculation, there were used quotations from manufacturers, as well as investigation results of the site under construction.

The expansion of the plant was commenced in 2007. By the end of 2008, major construction works were completed and equipment was purchased. In December 2008, the construction works were suspended.

In order to continue the project it is required to bring the previously issued design estimate documentation in compliance with the requirements of the changed regulatory system. E4-SibCOTES opines that the turbine can be put into operation in 21 months after the resumption of works.
