OREANDA-NEWS. June 27, 2014. President Jia Baojun met Song Zhiping, chairman of CNBM and his party at the Group's headquarter,and they conducted a thorough and extensive exchanges. Wu Jiwei, Chief Accountant of CNBM, Guang Zhaoyu, Secretary of the Board, Assistant of General Manager; Liu Andong, Member Party Committee of Sinosteel Corporation, Deputy General Manager and Chief Accountant of Sinosteel Corporation Limited, Li Kejie, Secretary of the Board were present. 

In recent years, CNBM has made great leaps and bounds, the scale of business continues to grow, the enterprise is outstanding in steady growth, structural adjustment, reform and innovation and all aspects of performance, leading in the central enterprises. In particular, CNBM insists on market reform, and actively explores the development of mixed-ownership, and opens up an innovative development in the modern enterprise system.

President Jia Baojun said Sinosteel specially invited Chairman Song to give upper- and mid-level managers of Sinosteel special training, Sinosteel would like to learn from the advanced experience of CNBM in the process of reform and development accumulated in recent years, hope to learn from successful experiences and practices of CNBM to develop a mixed ownership, corporate restructuring, market-oriented reform and provide reference and inspiration for Sinosteel in the reform and development for the next step. 

Chairman Song Zhiping said the building materials industry is fully competitive market in the field, in the condition of fierce market competition in the industry, the promotion of the strategic restructuring of enterprises, market-oriented reforms can enhance the vitality and development of corporate power. Sinosteel and CNBM are in the traditional industries, facing drastic competition in the market, so promoting the reform of enterprise ownership, perfecting  incentive and restraint mechanism are the demands to adapt to market competition,and comply with market rules. CNBM is willing to work with Sinosteel to exchange jointly on the questions that enterprise will face and concern in their development, to share experience, and broaden their horizons and thinking for enterprise to realize transformation and upgrading, reform and development. 

Before the meeting, President Jia accompanied the guests to visit the exhibition of Sinosteel. 

After the talk, Chairman Song made a wonderful special training course to upper- and mid-level managers  on comprehension of the business development strategy, reform and development of CNBM and thinking on issues such as the reform of mixed ownership, which received a warm welcome.
