OREANDA-NEWS. June 27, 2014. At year-end 2013, Alfa-Bank’s processing center yet again was named one of the world’s best by the quality of customer servicing. The Bank was awarded by the Visa International Payment System in all four categories.

This year, two categories were offered for the first time: high level of efficiency in the management of domestic and international risks. Alfa-Bank was immediately ranked among those credit institutions that are most efficient in fighting fraudulent transactions. The Bank was also recognized successful in the processing of disputed operations in the category "None-fraudulent Transactions", with Alfa-Bank’s authorization system again appraised by Visa for the maximum level of its availability for international payments awarding the Bank in the category "Best Debit Card Issuer for Retail and SME Customers"
