OREANDA-NEWS. Aviastar-SP is continuing the work within the cooperation agreement between the aircraft company and the Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company (SCAC). The tenth Sukhoi Superjet 100 has arrived to the company within this year. Ulyanovsk specialists have started the installation of interior for one of the largest Russian airline.

Aviastar also works on SSJ 100 for the Aeroflot air company. The aircraft is being installed with passenger seats, kitchens, toilets, window and ceiling panels, luggage racks, floor and carpeting. The aircraft is equipped with a service area, wardrobes; emergency and lightning equipment is also set. The number of surveillance cameras on the plane was increased, the separate control lightning in the economy and business class salons was made, and another flight attendant workplace was added. In order to improve the comfort of each passenger, full-package provides personal air cooling. The aircraft is equipped with three toilets with changing tables and three kitchens.

“According to the approved plan, Aviastar will fulfill the work on at least 15 SSJ100 aircrafts according o the contract with SCAC by the end of 2014.We also plan to increase our production rates from October” - says Deputy General Director - Manager of the interior installation project of the RRJ-95 aircraft Victor Gerasimov.

Installation and completion of interior aircraft systems are maintained at the Ulyanovsk aircraft manufacturing enterprise since 2012.
