OREANDA-NEWS. Vneshprombank Ltd. was a co-organizer of the bond issue placement of Orenburg region (state registration number of the issue: RU35002AOR0) with the total nominal value of 6 billion roubles and the maturity of 2,548 days, with quarterly coupon yield payment.

Following the bond bid book closure, first coupon rate was set to 11% p.a.

The rate of coupons 2-28 is the same as for the first coupon.

The issue contemplates the debt depreciation on the income payment dates on coupons 5, 9, 12, 17, 20, 24, and 28 of 10, 20, 20, 20, 15, 10, and 5% of the nominal value, respectively.

The bonds were placed on June 23, 2014 under an open subscription at MICEX Stock Exchange. The issue has been placed in full.
