OREANDA-NEWS. June 24, 2014. The specialists of the FBK Business Process Outsourcing Department completed the preparation of notifications about controlled transactions for 2013 for Alexion Pharma.

“In accordance with the effective legislation on transfer pricing companies are subject to reporting to tax agencies about transactions between interdependent entities to which end they shall send special notifications. FBK is actively developing this area and presents qualified outsourcing of processes for the preparation of relevant documents,” says Oksana Soldatova, the Business Process Outsourcing Department Director.

According to her, the new rules of tax control over transactions between related entities are complicated enough. It is not always easy for the companies to gain an understanding of the established criteria, do the required analysis, justify the selected method for pricing, etc. Specialists of the required specialization may simply not be available as the law of TP has come into effect since 2012, and in 2013 the notices on controlled transactions were submitted for the first time.
