OREANDA-NEWS. Belorusneft has started operations at the third site of Russia's Far North.

There, Belarusian specialists with their own equipment perform work for Arcticgas JSC that is a part of NOVATEK.

Operations are carried out in one of the wells of Urengoi oil and gas condensate field. Coiled tubing and nitrogen units, pump unit, additional machinery and periphery equipment are used in the works. The set of measures is implemented under the supervision of the External service division - a recently created structure within the enhanced oil recovery and workover department. The department is the leading contractor of the project. The equipment and specialists of the well cementing department and Rechitsa utility vehicles department are also involved in this work.

Entering the foreign market of oilfield services by Belorusneft subdivisions gives an opportunity to extend the export of our business units located Belarus and establish cooperation with Russia's oil majors.
