OREANDA-NEWS.  The Bank of Moscow started the issue of debit cards of "PRO100" UEC payment system. The card of PRO100 Universal Electronic Card (UEC) Russian payment system allows to pay for goods and services throughout Russia in more than 359 000 stores and service businesses, as well as to withdraw cash and to pay for services via more than 88 000 self-service devices of banks — members of the payment system.

You can issue a card at any branch of the Bank of Moscow. Annual service fee is 300 roubles. An important advantage of PRO100 card is that it can be issued both as a main card (with a separate account) and as an additional card (to existing cards of the Bank of Moscow).
