OREANDA-NEWS.  June 23, 2014. The Project Office of the Integrated Transport & Logistics Company and DHL Global Forwarding signed two additional agreements to their Memorandum of Understanding in Sochi.

The amendments are designed to accelerate the development of rail routes between China - Europe - China.

The development of a strategic partnership between the Integrated Transport & Logistics Company and DHL Global Forwarding will help to create a unique offer on the market for railway transport and logistics services between China - Europe - China and increase the attractiveness of the route, as well as other proposals relating to it.

According to the Memorandum of Understanding signed by both parties in March 2014, the project office of the Integrated Transport & Logistics Company and DHL Global Forwarding agreed to develop a strategic partnership and to cooperate in the field of transport and freight forwarding services by rail between China - Europe - China and carry out container delivery door-to-door.

After creating the Integrated Transport & Logistics Company, all rights and obligations under the agreement will be transferred from the project office to the new company.
