Kernel Holding S.A. hereby announces that the company received on 20 June 2014 notifications pursuant to Art. 160 of the Act of Trading in Financial Instruments, informing that a companies controlled by managers of the Kernel group of companies, acquired during the period of June 16-20 a total of 9,500 shares in Kernel Holding S.A. at an average price of 32.7 PLN per share.
