OREANDA-NEWS. June 20, 2014. In order to meet the increased demand for passenger travel and transportation this summer, Russian Railways will lay on additional Sapsan services between Moscow – St. Petersburg – Moscow.

Thus, on 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26 and 31 July 2014, train number 759 St. Petersburg – Moscow will depart in accordance with the timetable from St. Petersburg at 13:45 and arrive in Moscow at 18:15 the same day after stopping at Chudovo 14:37-14:38, Bologoye 15:53-15:54, V. Volochek 16:20-16:22 and Tver 17:04-17:06.

On 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, 27 July and 1 August 2014, train number 754 Moscow – St. Petersburg will depart from Moscow at 07:00 in accordance with the timetable and arrive in St. Petersburg at 11:00 the same day after stopping at Tver 08:05-08:07 and Chudovo 10:08-10:09. Sapsan train No. 759 usually runs on Fridays and Sundays, and Sapsan train No. 754 on Saturdays and Mondays.

Russian Railways traditionally lays on additional trains during the holidays and the summer peak season when travel demand is high.
