OREANDA-NEWS. June 20, 2014. Concerning the claim of Siberian Administration of Russian Technical Supervision Service (Rostekhnadzor) to public company “Omsky Kauchuk”, Group of Companies “Titan” press-service reports the following.

It was held a judicial sitting on case of making public company “Omsky Kauchuk” administratively answerable by Part 1, Article 9.1. of Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation. The case was initiated by the Siberian Administration of Russian Technical Supervision Service. Protocol on administrative offence supposed administrative suspension of activities of major workshops of the plant for 90 days. Minimal penalty on this article supposes fine of 200 thousand Roubles.

Let us mention, that since the day of compilation of the administrative offence protocol till the date of the judicial sitting, public company “Omsky Kauchuk” took all necessary measures aimed at liquidation of violations which were detected by the Siberian Administration of Rostekhnadzor. Part of violations was completely eliminated, for the rest of the violations one developed and commissioned compensating activities. In particular, one conducted an expertise of industrial safety of technical devices and buildings, conclusions of the expertise were registered in organs of Rostekhnadzor. One conducted extraordinary examination of building structures. One provided control of airtightness of butt-end sealings of pumps. Monitoring of condition of air medium on external installations and in internal premises is conducted regularly. On decision of public company “Omsky Kauchuk” a number of technical devices were decommissioned. Documents which corroborate the work performed by public company “Omsky Kauchuk” were presented at court.

Representatives of Rostekhnadzor confirmed that they had familiarized themselves with the compensating activities and had been informed on elimination of a part of detected violations. A representative of Rostekhnadzor confirmed the absence of threat to life and health of people on public company “Omsky Kauchuk”.

Considering circumstances which were provided by representatives of public company “Omsky Kauchuk” and which extenuate the administrative responsibility, the court imposed on the enterprise a minimal penalty - a fine of 200 thousand Roubles.
