Grigory Guselnikov Became Owner of 82% Shares in Bank NORVIK BANKA
OREANDA-NEWS. June 19, 2014. It was announced at the meeting of shareholders on the changes in the membership of the shareholders of NORVIK BANKA.
The minority of shareholders of the Bank, in implementing the initially determined agreements within the limits of the Bank capitalization increase plan sold their shares to the majority shareholder Mr.Grigory Guselnikov. Thus, Mr. Guselnikov became the owner of 82% in the capital of the Bank. The next stage of the plan to increase the capitalization level is the increase of capital of the Bank at least at 100 million euro pursuant to the development of the business-plan, as agreed with the FCMC.
There have been changes in the membership of the supervisory board. Two members of the Supervisory Board – Mr.Ivan Bazhenov and Mrs.Natalya Drozd – have resigned. New members of the Supervisory Board will be elected in the near future. Mr. Andris Ruselis, who previously held the office of Vice-president of the Bank of Latvia and Mr.Peter Odintsov, the leading partner of London Fund "G2 Capital Partners" are the new candidate members of the Supervisory Board.
