Average salary at the enterprise in May 2014 after 6% wage increase for the employees reached 6 167.4 UAH (comparing with 5 389.7 UAH in May 2013).

Paramjit Kahlon, Chief Operating Officer, PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih":"May 2014 proven to be the best month since September 2008 with record output of Hot Metal, Crude Steel and Rolled Products at 527kt, 608kt and 522kt respectively; Y-O-Y basis it was an increase of 22, 21,7 and 15,8% respectively over corresponding month. It was a big jump over previous month April's output as well. During this month following planned repairs were carried out; Lime kiln #5, wagon tippler and the tract of the Lime shop, BOF #5, wagon tippler of Sinter plant-3 and completed 45 days' repair of LSM 250-2. All operations of different processes worked well coordinated as well as supply of major raw materials remained stable and smooth".
