OREANDA-NEWS. June 17, 2014. VTB has extended a RUB 1.5 billion two-year credit line to SELF, one of the leading construction companies in Altai Territory. About RUB 1 billion of this total has been provided in the form of bank guarantees.

The proceeds will go towards financing the company’s day-to-day operations, including the construction of a cultural and recreation centre in Barnaul. VTB first worked with SELF in 2012, offering cash management services, as well as financing opportunities.
