OREANDA-NEWS. June 17, 2014. VTB has opened a credit line for RUB 3 billion maturing in 10 years to Nizhny Novgorod International Airport (MANN), for the construction of the first phase of a new passenger terminal.

"VTB has always placed emphasis on large infrastructure projects, and the reconstruction of the Nizhny Novgorod airport is certainly one such project," said Yuri Soloviev, First Deputy President and Chairman of VTB Bank Management Board. "It is designed to create a new passenger terminal at the airport."

The first phase of the new passenger terminal, with a floor space of 27,800 square metres, should open in December 2015. It will have four jetways and will service about 1.5 million passengers a year.
