OREANDA-NEWS. Sberbank CIB was one of the mandated lead arrangers of the syndicated loan2 worth UAS 250 million for Kaspersky Lab.

Together with Sberbank CIB mandated lead arrangers are HSBC Bank plc and OOO HSBC Bank (RR) ("HSBC Group"), ING Bank N.V., Raiffeisen Bank International AG and ZAO Raiffeisenbank ("RBI Group"). ING Bank N.V. is acting as Documentation and Facility Agent and ZAO Raiffeisenbank is acting as Security Agent.

The Facility is structured as a 5-year secured amortizing term loan and priced at LIBOR + 3.85%. The proceeds of the Facility were used for refinancing and improving the debt profile of the company.
