OREANDA-NEWS. RTSoft and Kontron AG signed an agreement to extend the strategic partnership. According to this document, RTSoft will act as a distributor and will be authorized to sale products and solutions of Kontron in Russia and CIS countries on an exclusive basis.

Due to this agreement RTSoft:

represents Kontron's products and solutions in Russia and CIS countries;

establishes partnerships with Russian OEM-manufacturers and system integrators as well as efficiently develops the distribution and partner sales channels;

organizes localization of Kontron's products in Russia. Provides localized services based on RTSoft for technical support and maintenance;

develops system software;

organizes stocks and provides warranty service for Russian customers.

Along with the agreement on strategic partnership signed a long-term contract for the development of system and application software for the benefit of Kontron AG.
