OREANDA-NEWS. Ingosstrakh Insurance Company completed another upgrading stage of its mobile application which acquired a new design and interface, and also an extended functionality.

A new minimalistic style with fine fonts and transparent elements, as well as intuitive navigation features, was developed for iOS-based devices. The interface is user-friendly and has a convenient info structure.

Some innovations were also introduced in the functionality of the app leading to enhanced performance and stability parameters and making its use easier and faster.

The upgraded versions for Android- and Windows Phone-based devices are planned to be launched in the nearest future.

Ingosstrakh Insurance Company is working to improve its mobile services and to make them more interactive. The MOD claim filing feature is expected to be introduced in the next update release. Besides, there are plans for MOD and property policy cost calculators on the mobile app platform and an option to log into one's Ingosstrakh Insurance Company personal account via the mobile application service.

At present, Ingosstrakh Insurance Company mobile application offers to buy abroad travel policies online, file a policy cost calculation request, find nearest office of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company via city or subway map, find out branch-specific working hours and list of services, obtain a step-by-step action plan in case of an insured event, get the list of documents required for damage settlement and learn the status of SMTPLI or MOD insured event examination. Beside this, the application makes it possible to contact the insurance company, keep the current policies and other documents data at hand, and get updates on special offers and Ingosstrakh Insurance Company card.
