OREANDA-NEWS. PDVSA , through the Logistics Management on Refining East reached 365 consecutive days without disabling accidents , adding this result to the achievements that safety has earned the refining business .

This goal was achieved through the hard work, dedication, and teamwork of each of the 661 workers who make this Management. Reducing accidents in their work areas was obtained by applying safe work practices, shift correction, and good performance of Reliability Brigades of Logistics Management.

It is important to show that workforce Logistics Management is aware of the importance of teamwork to ensure safety through their actions strengthens Reliability Brigades, multidisciplinary group that designs and implements strategies for maintenance of equipment and units integrating its operational area, to ensure optimum performance. This action allowed the men and women of Logistics reach 1,318,481 hours / work without such accidents.

CEO East Refining, Fernando Padron, highlighted the work of the Logistics Management, who reached this achievement by the proper execution of their work demonstrating its strong commitment to the first company in the country and the nation.
