Please be informed that, the amendments made to the Management Regulations and Prospectuses of the open-end mutual funds ABLV Emerging Markets Bond Fund, ABLV Global Stock Index Fund, ABLV High Yield CIS Bond Fund, ABLV European Corporate EUR Bond Fund, ABLV Global Corporate USD Bond Fund, ABLV European Industry EUR Equity Fund and ABLV US Industry USD Equity Fund managed by ABLV Asset Management, IPAS become effective.

The amendments to the documents of ABLV mutual funds are the following:

amendments due the transition from lats to euro;

appendices to the Prospectuses of ABLV Emerging Markets Bond Fund, ABLV Global Stock Index Fund and ABLV High Yield CIS Bond Fund ‘Fund performance results over previous three years’ have been updated.

The amendments to the Management Regulations and Prospectuses of the mutual funds have been registered by the Financial and Capital Market Commission.
