OREANDA-NEWS.   Last week, OJSC KAMAZ held the first organizational meeting on preparation for an autumn and winter period.
Yury Klochkov, First Deputy Director General – CEO of KAMAZ, approved a plan of measures, a composition of commissions auditing subsidiaries and organizations for their preparedness for working in the autumn and winter period and a workgroup controlling preparation procedures, and also a reporting form and a temperature chart.
This year, the roadmap of the programme for the first time includes measures to optimize heat supply of organizations and subdivisions. There are guidelines for each subdivision of KAMAZ, many of them are prescribed to “carry out complete audit and repair of stop valves in heat supply units and pipelines”, “conduct operations to reduce heating losses of buildings and internal heating lines”.
The plan of preparation of buildings and structures includes works on heat insulation of industrial and office buildings, gates, wickets. The meeting paid special attention to roof repair plans. This year, it is planned to renew 79.4 thousand square meters of roofs. Workers of the automobile plant started repairing roofs most actively. They’ve already carried out 6% of all operations. All enterprises must complete these works by September.
All organizations and subdivisions will report on execution of the programme of repair of buildings and structures every day. Today, on the 2nd of June, the commission will for the first time audit the preparation for work in autumn and winter.
