OREANDA-NEWS. June 09, 2014. The Supervisory Board of Sberbank of Russia, elected at the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of the Bank, held its meeting.

Sergey Ignatiev, Adviser of the Governor of the Central bank of the Russian Federation, was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Sberbank of Russia. Georgy Luntovskiy, First Deputy Governor of the Central bank of the Russian Federation, and Alexei Kudrin, Dean of the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences at St. Petersburg State University, were elected Deputy Chairmen of the Supervisory Board of Sberbank of Russia.

The Supervisory Board approved the tentative work plan of the Board for the period of 2014-2015 and formed new structures of the Committees.

The Supervisory Board also approved the participation of members of the Board of Sberbank of Russia in the management of other organizations.
