OREANDA-NEWS. June 09, 2014. SME Bank (Vnesheconombank Group) has financed a large-scale project of establishing the Severny Industrial Park in the Belgorod Oblast.

The park in cludes administrative buildings, the manufacturing facilities, warehouse sand communication networks.

Project cost - RUB 320 million, there of RUB 262 million (82%) - funds lended by SME Bank, the rest are funds from the Severny Industrial Park SMEs. The project is implemented by the Directorate for Development of Industrial Zones (Belgorod). The financial support is provided for 7years at 10% p.a.
