Tata Capital's Half Stories Initiative Wins Grand Prix at Goafest 2014
OREANDA-NEWS. Half Stories - The Journey of Doing Right, part of Tata Capital's 'Do Right' initiative has bagged 6 awards including the prestigious 'Grand Prix' at the Creative ABBYs at Goafest 2014. An initiative of the Advertising Agencies Association of India (AAAI) and The Advertising Club, the ABBYs is one of India's premier awards that celebrates creativity in marketing and advertising. Award entries were sent in from over 250 organizations across the South Asia region.
The 'Do Right' initiative won in all 6 categories they were nominated in, which includes: Creative use of Social Media (Grand Prix), Online Integrated Campaign (Gold), Best Non-Fiction Program Series or Film (Gold), Best Use or Integration of Experiential Events (Silver), Brand film created for Internet/Video/YouTube (Bronze) and Corporate Brand Activation & Promotion (Bronze).
The 'Half Stories' - The Journey of Doing Right used a ubiquitous mix of media to showcase unique stories of courage, perseverance and determination from some of the remotest parts of the country, highlighting the little challenges faced by the individuals/communities living there. We then let ordinary citizens step in to support the unfulfilled needs and dreams of everyday people, effectively scripting a happy ending to these 'Half Stories'.
