JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that starting June 6, 2014, the Company's shares (state registration number 1-01-55038-Е of February 22, 2005) are included in the list of tradable securities on Saint-Petersburg Exchange. The trading will start on June 9, 2014.

The ordinary shares with par value of RUB 1 per share were admitted to trading without inclusion to quotation lists.

As of May 31, 2014, the Russian Federation owns 66.8370% in RusHydro, the rest is held by other institutional and individual shareholders (over 360,000); total number of shares placed is 386,255,464,890.
