OREANDA-NEWS. June 04, 2014. RN-Aero, the subsidiary of Rosneft, contracts for airship fueling in Simferopol with air carriers Transaero, VIM-AVIA, Atlas-Jet, Nordavia. Thus RN-AERO further increases the volumes of air fuel supplies in Crimea.

The cooperation on airship fueling between RN-Aero and Transaero started in 2012. Nowadays RN-Aero fuels Transaero’s aircrafts in more than 15 airports in Russia. The geography of cooperation has expanded with two new cities over the past month - alongside with Simferopol, RN-Aero started fueling Transaero aircrafts in Irkutsk. The first contract between RN-Aero and VIM-AVIA was concluded in march 2011.

The cooperation on airship fueling between ZAO Nordavia and RN-Aero began in 2009. In present time fueling takes place in three Russian airports.

The cooperation between air carrier Atlas-Jet and RN-Aero started in October 2013.

In 2013, Rosneft took the leading position on the Russian market in terms of jet fuel sales, supplying its customers more than 3.2 million tons of fuel. The volumes of air fueling increased by 20 percent - from 1.8 million tons in 2012 to almost 2.2 million tons.

Rosneft has operating control of the fueling complex at Sheremetyevo, Sochi , Krasnoyarsk , Krasnodar , Gelendzhik, Anapa , Rostov -on-Don , Abakan. In addition, open storage card at Domodedovo and Yakutsk . The company provides aircraft refueling "in the wing" in 27 airports in Russian Federation.
