Unibank Provides Services on Single-Window Principle
OREANDA-NEWS. June 04, 2014. In order to improve the customer service and optimize its branch performance, Unibank branches step by step pass to the “single window” principle of customer service.
Bank’s “Opera” (Yerevan, Sayat Nova), “Acharyan” (Yerevan, Acharyan 22 N51) and “Yeritasardakan” (Yerevan, Abovyan 23/2) branches already work on “single window” principle. As a result there have been substantial increases in the customer service speed and work efficiency of the branches. Registration of loans, deposits and bank cards, money transfers and communal payments may be done by applying only to a single employee of the bank. There is no need to apply additionally to the cashier or any other service manager.
Improvement of the service process in the branches will possess a continuous nature, and will be directed to the maintenance of the service speed and economy of the customers’ time. It is expected that up to the end of May “single window” principle will be implemented also by “Komitas”, “Hakhtanak” and “Zvartnots” branches. Currently Unibank has 46 branches and a representative office in Moscow. Bank provides services to more than 240 000 customers.
We should remind that payment terminals are placed in all Unibank branches for customers to be able to repay their loans and replenish accounts. Terminals are also placed in two of the VEGA chain stores.
