OREANDA-NEWS. During the period of 18 April -18 May 2014 the following construction works were carried out at the third phase of Green Town business-class residential complex, located on Akhsarova Str., Kharkiv:

- external utilities network laying has been completed;

- parking roof waterproof coating works have been finished;

- floor underlayment in apartments is 30% complete;

- radiators installation in apartments is 100% complete;

- landscaping of the surrounding area has been started.

Completion of the third phase of Green Town residential complex is scheduled for the end of second quarter of 2014. Green Town business-class residential complex comprises three residential blocks with the total area of 29,000 sq m. The second phase of the complex was commissioned at the end of 2013. Sales of apartments in the third phase of the complex are currently underway.
