OREANDA-NEWS. June 03, 2014. Last week the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus awarded the SORAINEN Belarusian office the title of “Best Provider of Legal Services in Belarus” for the third time.

The annual award is based on criteria such as number of qualified legal personnel, clients serviced in 2013, volume of services rendered in attracting foreign investment to Belarus, turnover and taxes paid, media activity, and absence of client complaints.

SORAINEN is still the only office of a European law firm in Belarus ever to receive such recognition from the Ministry of Justice.

PPF Group on divestment of its shareholding in Generali PPF Holding, one of the largest insurance companies in the EU and CIS.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on extension of a EUR 10 million loan for Evrotorg and extension of a USD 10 million loan for A100 Group.
