OREANDA-NEWS. June 03, 2014. SORAINEN advised Amber Grid on acquisition of 38.9% of its shares by EPSO-G from E.ON Ruhrgas International GmbH for the price of EUR 49.76 million.

Amber Grid is the operator of Lithuania’s natural gas transmission system, listed on NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Stock Exchange.
