OREANDA-NEWS. On May 29, 2014, the Board of Directors held a meeting in Moscow, where it considered issues related to the Company's operations. Following the meeting, on May 31, 2014 the following members are to be removed from the Management Board of OJSC Irkutskenergo: Evgeny Novikov, Oleg Prichko, Evgeny Filsh, Sergey Shperling. The Board of Directors also elected the following persons to the Management Board of OJSC Irkutskenergo as from June 1, 2014: Georgy Kuzmin, Stanislav Legenza, Evgeny Novikov, Oleg Prichko, Sergey Shperling.
