OREANDA-NEWS. May 30, 2014. Moscow Arbitration Court terminated the proceedings opened upon a claim of “Argus-Spektr” CJSC to invalidate a decission of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) to initiate a case upon signs of violating the antimonopoly law.

In February 2014, FAS opened a case against “Argus-Spektr” CJSC and its dealers upon elements of concluding “vertical agreements” prohibited by the Law “On Protection of Competition”.

“The process was one of many judicial proceedings initiated by “Argus-Spektr” CJSC against FAS Russia in order to prevent consideration of the case on violating the antimonopoly law”, pointed out Deputy Head of FAS Anti-Cartel Department, Konstantin Alyoshin.
