OREANDA-NEWS. May 27, 2014. S7 Airlines and SriLankan Airlines, members of the oneworld® global aviation alliance, have concluded a codeshare agreement providing for flights to popular tourist destinations in Asia.

The airlines will perform codeshare flights from Moscow to the capital of Sri-Lanka – Colombo – and to Bangkok with a convenient connection at the Colombo airport (Thailand). The flights will be made on the Airbus A320 modern aircraft of SriLankan Airlines.

Thanks to the agreement passengers of SriLankan, in their turn, are now able to travel from Colombo to six Russian cities – Saint-Petersburg, Ekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Irkutsk, Chelyabinsk and Volgograd.

SriLankan joined the oneworld® global aviation alliance on 1 May 2014. Members of the S7 Priority programme can earn status and award miles travelling on flights of SriLankan Airlines as well as have bonus tickets issued for them. From the 15th of May until the 1st of July, 2014 you can get twice the usual amount of bonus miles by registering for the Double Miles event at www.s7.ru.
