OREANDA-NEWS. The meeting of JSC "Nordeka" Supervisory Council was held on 21 May 2014, and the following resolutions were adopted:

Juris Savickis was elected as Chairman of the Supervisory Council and Mihails Kuznecovs was elected as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Council;

five members of the Management Board were elected:

Sergejs Zabavnikovs,

Sergejs Konopijevs,

Aleksandrs Zodziks,

Edijs Eisaks,

Aivars Rimsans;

Sergejs Zabavnikovs was appointed as Chairman of the Management Board.

The professional experience of the newly elected Supervisory Council and Management Board members:

Member of the Supervisory Council Peteris Locmelis is vice president of SIA "ITERA Latvija", also advisor to the president of JSC “Nordeka" till May 2014.  P.Locmelis is owner of 671 583 JSC "Nordeka" shares.

Member of the Supevisory Council Sandra Savicka works as PR specialist at SIA "ITERA Latvija". S.Savicka holds BA degree in Psychology and History of Arts from Boston College (USA) and MA degree in Cultural Studies from Guildhall University in London. S.Savicka is owner of 138 847 JSC "Nordeka" shares.

Member of the Management Board Edijs Eisaks works at JSC "Nordeka" in the capacity of Deputy manager of Quality management system since 2014, before that E.Eisaks was Head of AS "Banka Citadele" branch in Ogre. Till 21 May 2014 E.Eisaks was member of JSC "Nordeka" Supervisory Council. E.Eisaks holds Master degree in Management Sciences from the University of Latvia. E.Eisaks does not own JSC "Nordeka" shares.

Member of the Management Board Aivars Rimsans works at JSC "Nordeka" in the capacity of Director of Technical service centre since 2010. A.Rimsans holds a degree in Business administration from the Baltic International Academy, before that A.Rimsans graduated Riga Building College in the speciality of building machine operation and repair specialist. A.Rimsans does not own JSC "Nordeka" shares.
