OREANDA-NEWS. May 26, 2014. Mr. Ma Zehua,Chairman of the Board of China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company, met with the delegation headed by US Congressmen Mr. Steve Chabot and Mr. Stephen Lynch in Ocean Plaza. Chairman Ma welcomed the delegates and recapped COSCO’s business in the US, especially the cooperation with Massport in Boston.

Mr. Ma extended his gratitude to the U.S. side’s support to COSCO. Mr. Steve Chabot and Mr. Stephen Lynch highlighted COSCO’s role in promoting Sino-US trade, and hoped to maintain the collaboration. The two sides also exchanged views on current issues of common concern on world economy, bilateral trade and the shipping market.

The meeting was also attended by the counselors from US Embassy, officials from UPC(US-China Partnership Committee), and relevant divisions from COSCO Group.
