OREANDA-NEWS. May 26, 2014. The Danpower Eesti AS call center serving customers in Germany from the south Estonian regional capital Voru since last summer on Monday hired ten more workers.

"The call center has coped excellently, and since the volume of work is increasing the need arose to hire more people," Danpower Eesti board member Kairi von Wolff said in a press release.

Two of the ten workers with whom contracts were signed on Monday started work on the same day and the remaining eight will start on June 16.

Altogether 23 people work at the cell center now.

Danpower started business in Estonia as thermal energy provider for the town of Voru last year.

The Danpower German-language call center in Voru serves Stadtwerke Hannover, owner of 84.9 percent of Danpower, which is one of the biggest utility service companies in Germany.
